Novaya Picks Up Middleborough Warehouse

Novaya Real Estate Ventures LLC has acquired a warehouse facility in Middleborough.

The 275,000 square foot 154 Campanelli Drive went for $19.7 million. The property is 100 percent leased to alphabroder, an imprintable activeware company, on a long-term basis. The property is located 0.75 miles north of Interstate 495.

This marks the fourth industrial acquisition for Novaya in the previous 12 months.
