NAI Hunneman Represents Hanscom Federal Credit Union in Purchase of 25 Porter Road

Boston, MA — NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently represented Hanscom Federal Credit Union in the $3.25 Million purchase of 25 Porter Road from Wheelock Street Capital (Wheelock) and Novaya Real Estate Ventures (Novaya). The 67,167 SF, Class A office building is located just off Route 2 at the intersection of Interstate 495 in Littleton, MA.

NAI Hunneman’s David Gilkie and Jim Boudrot represented Hanscom Federal Credit Union while Wheelock and Novaya acted on its own behalf as the seller. NAI Hunneman’s North West Suburban Leasing Team, which includes David Gilkie, Jim Boudrot, and Mike Allen, have been retained to lease the remaining space in the building.

“The building was very well maintained by the previous owner and is in great condition”, said Gilkie. “It’s located in a strategic area for Hanscom Federal Credit Union and its employees. They will also be taking advantage of the specialized infrastructure for their own operations.”
